LumLink Native iOS Privacy Notice
Updated: October 29, 2026. LumLink is provided by Sys-in Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This notice covers the native iOS app.
Account and lighting information
Your account name, account ID and email are used for sign-in, registration, password recovery and access control. When you use a server, lighting device identifiers (including MAC addresses and serial numbers), names, networks, groups, areas and lighting settings are stored on the server you select and linked to your account. That server may be operated by us or your organization.
Local control and permissions
Local-mode network and device settings are stored on your phone. Bluetooth and NFC are used to discover, configure and control lighting hardware. Camera frames are processed on your phone to scan QR codes; they are not saved or uploaded. Local-network access helps discover local servers. Gateway Wi-Fi passwords and network settings are transferred to your gateway over Bluetooth. We do not collect your location or request access to contacts, photos or the microphone.
Diagnostics and service providers
The App Store release does not automatically upload connection diagnostics. If you choose "Upload and share logs", the current app-session logs may include your account name, server address, phone model, system version, and technical device and connection information. They are uploaded to Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) for support and troubleshooting. OSS is also used to download device firmware.
Account and device information is used to provide the app and its services. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking, and do not sell it.
Your choices and contact
You can disable permissions in iOS Settings, sign out, and remove lighting devices or networks in the app. Account and server-side configuration are retained while required to provide the service; diagnostic logs are used for troubleshooting and support. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, use Settings > Account and security > Delete account, or contact cmp-reminder@sys-in.com.cn. Deletion requests are handled after identity verification. Organization-hosted accounts may require your server administrator.
The app is intended for people managing lighting equipment. Changes to this notice will be published on this page.
Upgrading from earlier versions
Version 2.0.0 does not import earlier RN local networks or login data. Sign in again after upgrading and configure local networks again. Existing local-only data is not uploaded as a migration step.
